I'm a People & Culture leader with 9+ years partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture — most recently as Chief of Staff to an EVP overseeing a 100+ person People organization at a large financial services company. I'm currently exploring what's next.

I grew up in Miami, went to Florida State for undergrad, and picked up an MBA (4.0), a SHRM-SCP, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt along the way. These days home is Denver, where I live with my wife and our new son.

This blog is where I write about the leadership lessons that show up outside of work — in sports, in fatherhood, in travel — because that's usually where I actually learn something. I'm a sports fan (ask me about Formula 1), an eager traveler, and always chasing the next good meal.
